Kitchen: The Creek House has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Nutribullet, four-burner electric cooktop, wok, and crockpot. You will have everything you need in the way of cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and glasses.

Beds: The Creek House has one king-size bed in a well-appointed bedroom with a connected dual sink bathroom, a queen-size bed in a quaint bedroom, and a queen-size pullout couch in the main living area. Additional bedding (seasonally) is stored in the hallway closet.

Bathrooms: The Creek House has everything you need including a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

TV: There is a 55” HDTV in the living room along with the King bedroom.

Air Conditioning + heating: The Creek House has AC & Heat as well as standing fans and small personal heaters.

Outdoor Deck: A large dining table, an outdoor couch and chairs, and a self-standing hammock overlook Oak Creek for a relaxing and peaceful setting whether day or night. The deck also includes string lights that can be turned on by plugging the labeled cord into the outlet on the barn side of the deck.

Laundry Room: There is a full-sized laundry room off the back deck.

Pool: The pool is available between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm. The pool is not heated. *Please note no unattended children under 18 are allowed in the pool or spa.

Our three acres provide plenty of space to explore and relax. The stars are breathtaking. We share our property with deer, beavers, and countless varieties of birds, plus squirrels and the occasional skunk, javelina, and even bobcat.

All guests of The Place have access to our outdoor oasis which includes three acres of accessible land to play and relax including swimming, kayaking, fishing, picnicking, or simply listening to the running waters of Oak Creek.

The Creek House is not dog friendly, However, there are homes on the property that are dog friendly.

The Creek House sits on an acre of land adjacent to the other dwellings at The Place. The pool and spa are located on a separate 2-acre plot where the Spring, Tree, and Vineyard Houses are located and are a couple hundred yards from the Creek House.

QUIET HOURS: With respect to our neighbors, The Place adheres to a quiet hour policy between 9 pm to 8 am.

CREEK ACCESS HOURS: Oak Creek access is available from our property from the hours of 9 am to 4 pm daily.

***THE PLACE IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. CIGARETTE SMOKING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE ANY BUILDING OR OUTSIDE WITHIN THE PROPERTY.
